Reports

A number of customisable reports are available to give you instant information about your labour costs and payroll related data. (The YFL logo belongs to one of our customers.)

All reports are generated in Microsoft Word (click here for further info) giving you the ability to just view, or print , or alter the layout (you might only want three particular lines, not 150 or you might not want your customer to see your cost/charge-out ratio.) This means that you will need MS Word on your system to create reports.

The monthly (or fortnightly) PAYE forms and files are created from here.

Weekly figures will show you your wages costs for the week of your choice.

This report looks like the annual one below but shows only the figures for the selected week.

Tax year totals will give you all figures for the year to date. (The red text indicates that John Smith changed his tax code from 'M SL' to 'M' in the period ending 5/11/2000)

The Time off report shows how much time off was used by a particular employee (holiday, sick and time in lieu in hours)

The Detailed hours per project by time and category will give a large number of combinations of tasks, category and timeframe. Both cost and charge out are shown where applicable.

We can see that Roger Whittaker's rate is perhaps somewhat excessive!
