Easy to use intuitive interface.
Six individual time or piece-rate records for each day. These can each be used for hour or piece rate records as desired Options for each employee to have piece-rate facilities, hours only, job description and hours/quantity, job description and hours/quantity with category or simply salary.
Facility to enter data as it is generated, typically one, or a few days, at the time Automatic holiday and sick day adding.
Unique automatic 'Time in lieu' system
IRD approved monthly PAYE forms (monthly or half-monthly) and Electronic file generated.
Old payslips can easily be shown.
A number of customisable reports generated in MS Word giving instant labour costing (and charge out) per week, month, Financial year or full time of task. Reports can be generated for these periods for one task and one category or any combination of the above. Other reports cover items like time taken off by employees. Your PAYE return is also generated from here.
Number of employees, job descriptions and categories only limited by the size of your drive.
Program can be used over a network.

New Zealand Business Software Solution's Payroll program is an advanced, yet easy to use, payroll system designed to give employers the most flexible platform to record Pay information.

The piece-rate facility makes it ideal for industries where employees get paid per item (containers of fruit picked or items assembled) As in the same day hourly data can also be recorded, an employee could assemble 26 items, work on the forklift for 2 hours and then as a packer for 3. Each of these can be recorded under it's own category enabling accurate recording and later reporting. Up to six payable events, of either type, can be recorded on each day in any order.

As your employees are likely to have a similar work pattern each week the jobs will automatically re-appear the next week with their hours/quantities remover for quick processing. (this is a selectable option)
